Why VideoHunter fails to detect subtitles?

VideoHunter allows to download subtitles from YouTube, TED, CNN, and Vlive to SRT document. But it is worth mentioned that not every translated video can be attached and detected with a subtitle file.
Only the videos that have uploaded extra subtitle scripts can be detected, then VideoHunter will offer corresponding options to save the translated subtitles in an extra document. If the subtitle is embedded in the video but not uploaded to the platform separately, it can not be detected and VideoHunter cannot give you the option.
