Why I fail to receive the license code?

When you complete a payment, the license code would be directly sent to your email address, and it should not be later than 1 hour. If you don’t receive the license code on time, there are possible causes you can check:

* The payment is not done successfully. Please check whether the cost of the product has been deducted from your bank account.
* The e-mail has been divided into a spam e-mail, so check the Spam Mail sector to check whether it is there.
* Your network connection is not stable at that time.

If you check all the possible causes above and find nothing wrong but still fail to receive the license code, you can directly mail to [email protected] or contact us in the contact center, and our support team will resend the code to you responsively.
